  • Overview

    Receive, stage, ship, and supply materials to lines.


    • Transportation of both unassembled materials and finished product from one area of the plant to another, including loading/unloading of trucks
    • Performance of daily vehicle safety checks
    • Follow all work instructions and procedures
    • Follow all Plex scanning (loading/unloading) procedures and work instructions
    • Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform work in safe manner
    • Support Business Plan activity


    Required skills and experience:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to obtain M.I. forklift license


    Preferred skills and experience:

    • Previous forklift experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in team environment

    • Use hand impact machines
    • Climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
    • Communicate i.e. talk, hear.
    • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
