Supports the Human Resources department with handling mid-level human resource functions and programs including the areas of hourly plant employment recruitment, benefits administration, leave administration (FMLA/WC/DBL), and workers compensation claims, training, etc. Provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures. Supports the Human Resources Manager by performing the following duties.
