  • Overview

    Administrate activities associated with the creation and maintenance of documentation related to the EGI Quality Management System.  Monitoring and control of the systems and documents associated with manufacturing, materials and the Quality Management System.


    • Creation of New Part Numbers: purchased, production configuration control (dash number assignment), finished goods, customer part number cross reference
    • Part Number Change Control
    • Revision control, -ENG oversight
    • Bill of Materials (BOM) Administrator
    • Supplier Change Request (SCR) Administrator
    • Complaint Administrator (CAR)
    • Nonconformance Report Administrator (NCR)
    • Corrective Action/Preventative Action Administrator (CAPA)
    • Supplier Corrective Action/Preventative Action Administration (SCAR)
    • Quality Management System Document Control Administration (QMS)
    • SOP, WI, Forms change control
    • Certificate of Conformance Administration (C of C, C of A)
    • Validation File Administrator


    Required Competencies, Skills and Experience

    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Excel and Word  
    • Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP or ERP) operating systems, i.e IQMS, SAP, Plex
    • Good organization skills and ability to routinely handle multiple work streams
    • Detail oriented
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good planning and follow-up skills

    Preferred Education and Job Experience Requirements

    • Prefer associates or vocational degree
    • Prefer minimum 2 years work experience


    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • General Office / Cubicle work environment
    • Occasional entry into production area may be required ( must be able to adhere to organizational guidelines for PPE use)
