Assist supervisor in coordination and setup of maintenance functions to meet established quality and production requirements. This position still requires the person to work as a maintenance employee (EMT) but has the additional responsibilities listed below.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to forklift traffic and moving production line. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to work overtime including staying over and/or coming in early with short notice. Must be able to work well with other associates and follow all company rules, regulations and policies.
